| On several occasions I have contacted ADT to resolve the issue of a backdoor sensor that was not functioning correctly. I have subsequently sent ADT customer servers an e-mail advising them that I refuse to pay another call out fee especially in light of the technician not correcting the issue initially which has subsequently resulted in my alarm not functioning correctly. I would encourage ADT to contact me by the latest tomorrow morning to resolve this issue. | |||
