| I signed a 24 month contract with ADT on Tuesday 06/12/2011 and until now the contract has not been activated on my name. I need to book a service technician, but I am told I can't until the contract is loaded. To contact the call centre also doesn't help as you are placed on hold until you give up and end the call. I need this matter sorted out today otherwise I would have to cancel the contract as I will rather be without security than put up with this type of service. All I need is confirmation that the contract is loaded and a service technician to repair a door sensor. | |||

| Over the Moon: Louise contacted me within minutes of posting this complaint and undertook to look into the matter. She contacted me again after 15 minutes to say that the contract has been loaded and I received a confirmation statement shortly thereafter. A service technician will also come to my house today to repair the faulty zone. Thank you Louise and as I understand Sylvester has arranged the repairs. Thank you to you both. You have restored my faith in ADT. | |||
