Hi I would like to thank Janet Douglas from the Cresta branch of ABSA for handling the substitution of debtors on my home loan. I was called today and informed the bond has been approved with no change to the existing interest rate - which means my house is now mine and I am not paying a cent extra for it I cannot begin to tell you what a relief that is.
