I WANT MY MONEY BACK

ON THE 31ST OF DEC I TRIED TO WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT R1000.00. THE MONEY DID NOT DISPATCH AND MY ATM CARD WAS RETAINED BY THE ATM MACHINE. ON THE 3RD OF JAN 12 I WENT TO ABSA BRAMELY AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO GO TO BALFOUR PARK. I WENT AND I WAS ISSUED WITH A NEW CARD AND TOLD TO WAIT 18 DAY NO REF WAS GIVEN. NO FEEDBACK WAS GIVEN. I WENT ON THE 20TH OF JAN TO ABSA BRAMELY AND I WAS HELPED BY ZANDILE CHAMANE AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT 18 DAYS. IT KNOW 18 DAY AND THERE IS NO HELP OR FEEDBACK. THE REF NO. 1643365 PLEASE CAN I HAVE FEEDBACK
