Great Service

I recently went into Absa Canal Walk to take out a personal loan, I was pleasantly surprised that Darren Fortuin was willing and able to process the transaction from A-Z while I was in the bank, I didn't have to make arrangements to go back and sign anything or wait a day or two for authorisation as in previous interactions with the bank. I was refreshing to receive such great service from him. I normally HATE having to go into the bank and he made it painless. (PS** please can someone make him a cup of coffee)
