After numerous trips in and out of the branches, Terence from Carlton Centre came to my rescue, gave me steps to follow, I am slightly disappointed for all the trouble with FICA nonsense, but I will not lose my cool as consultants are not to blame, they just following rules. Terence has been extraordinary, even did a follow up to check if I have been sorted happily. I will still bank with ABSA and hope for the best. And Thank you as well to the consultant lady in Ghandi square who made me smile. |
