good work deserves Recognition

I was at the ABSA Branch earlier and had a limit on the time I had available . The client care line was extremely slow and a gentleman with the name Sam(for short as I was told) came over with a very friendly smile and asked what I looked so worried about. I pointed out the que is moving very slowly and he arranged for someone else to assist. I waited for the next consultant who was busy assisting another client at the time, it seems the client had a complex issue which took a while. Sam came over to check up and noticed I was still waiting. He very kindly directed me to his office and managed my request regarding my spiral plan within minutes. Thank you Sam as I made it back to work in time and for the pleasant experience. Keep on going the extra mile..
