| Good day Peter. Finally a compliment. Absa Pinelands whilst they provide you with inferior service time & time again finally have a gem in the rough by the name of Hombakazi Bavuma. If she is not there or available I no longer bother to let any of the other consultants assist me as they don't follow-up on your requests anyway. When you ask Hombakazi to assist you she will not only get the job done but she will call you regularly to give you feedback on the progress of your query. Right now, she is trying to get the Bonds department to get my title deed back from the attorneys they sent it to without first checking with the bond holder, ME, if she was indeed selling the property so an attorney in Joburg is sitting with the title deed to my Cape Town property and the ***** who released it didn't even bother to request it back when they realised their error. So I'm paying a bond for a property I don't or can't even get a copy of the title deed too. It is now nearly 2 months since I requested a copy and it took Hombakazi to follow-up, provide me with feedback and now the waiting to see if the Bonds department actually knows how to get my incorrectly issued title deed back from attorney | |||

| Over the Moon: If Hombakazi leaves Absa Pinelands I don't know what I'm going to do. It will leave a void. She is making good progress and regularly updates me. Absa should promote her within Absa Pinelands as she deserves it and it will definitely reconfirm confidence from the customers as there are lots of complaints not just from me. Keep up the great work Nombakazi, I hope it gets recognised in the form of a promotion :-) | |||
