Complaint handled well

I went in to ABSA in Randridge Mall to update my FICA and brought the form I'd being given the day before by Magie/Mcgee (not sure, she wasn't wearing a name tag) and was served by a woman named Thebogeng (the manager called her Thebogo) and she was absolutely vile - patronising, sarcastic and impatient.

I came home and called the branch to lay a complaint about her disgusting behaviour and I spoke with Archie, the second-in-command as the manager was away on training.

He was really lovely - he patiently let me have my little vent, he asked questions to make sure he understood my side of what happened and told me the correct information that I needed.

So while I still have little but disdain for most banks on a good day, Archie was really great and it would be nice if more staff members could be like him.

Quite Impressed: He was very professional. While I think your staff behind the customer service desk need massive improvement, he was lovely.
