| Monday i was called by Absa regarding my cheque account ;i decided to close this account finally after having it open for 3 months not being used;was advised of total amount payable;got to the teller was then told there was a problem;went to a lady by the name of Sue Campher.i sat in her office for approximately 2 hours what impressed me is that they took time to listen and assist what t impressed me even more is that out of all the people i dealt with regarding this query for the last month she was the 1st to ask...WHY do you want to leave Absa?..it was then that i could explain my reason for this change...her next question was ...IF WE could offer something better would you consider staying?...once again another good question that was never asked before...she called a lady by the name of Lusanda who also assisted regarding my account this is when i realised this could be why i never closed this account cause these two ladies are giving the service I know I can get from ABSA;my account query is still being attended to also I have been kept up to date with the progress of this query ladies once again you have so far proved to me and Absa that you do your UTMOST TO assist clients | |||
