WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER

Resigned from Murray & Roberts effective 31/12/2011 - provident fund managed by ABSA Actuaries. Phoned in to confirm all docs had been received and that same was in order 09/01/2012. By when I was informed that they couldn't process to disinvest since they were waiting for final figures. After many misinformed information and many phone calls since then, I was informed today, 08/02, that the process has still not been concluded because they awaited FINAL FIGURES. This claim has to be processed for tax directive by SARS - this claim has not been stubmitted to the SARS offices and as yet I am to be informed correctly how long this is all still going to take. I have to pay a deposit because we are moving and have given notice to be out of our flat by 26/02 but I can't give anybody an answer because I can get no concrete information from the people dealing with the claim. No return phone calls, nothing.
