Who is running that place?

I had complained before about the Eastgate branch, to which i have been in constant contact with Nyameko (brilliant service BTW) who asked me to send a form back to him, which i said i could fetch from the nearest ABSA branch to me, which is Chris Hani Branch. The service, or lack thereof, in that branch is UNBELIEVABLE!! The "your service" queue is too long, and there's only 1teller to deal with all sorts of queries from statements to cards, and she keeps disappearing behind closed doors. I was in the queue for almost 20 minutes and only 2 people had been helped. The branch manager is behind closed doors, there is NO receptionist. It doesn't make sense to wait in a queue for this long for just a form. I called Nyameko who called someone at that branch to hand me the form. I would still be in that cue if it wasn't for him. Someone has to do something about this. Service that is impactful and quick will keep customers coming back. That is not what this branch is giving.
