Last year I received a settlement agreement from RLDaly with regard to my ABSA credit card, I agreed and made payment. When making payment I utilised my ID number as a refrence, this came back to bite me in the a@# as my ID number after so many years is still wrong at ABSA, I had tried to make the change on numerous occasions but obviously it didn't work. As a result the settlement payment has been lost in the system, even after going into a branch to get a settlement letter and having the consultant send the proof of payment through to credit cards, it still sits as unpaid. This has caught up to me and has stopped me from getting further finance. All RLDaly can say is we have sent a query, they have been querying it with ABSA for four months now with no reply. Today I have sent an email of the proof of payment together with the correct and incorrect ID numbers to missing payments. |
