STRANDED IN NAMIBIA!!!!!

We are on holliday in Namibia. We can not draw any cash from the ATM's here in Namibia. We are stranded. Before we went on holiday we phoned them and ask if there is anything we have to do to use the ATM's in Namibia and they said: Everything is OK, you will be able to draw cash at the ATM's. I phoned them and they promised they will phone me back but I'm still waiting, stranded here in Okahandja with no money and no feul. My number here in Namibia is+264813995242. Please ABSA try to do it right this time. I don't have any money left on my phone any more.
