hello, I have been a client with absa for years now and their service is deteriorating by the day, i recently applied for a personal loan via the call centre and oh my *** i was in a for surprise. First it takes 20 to 30 mins to speak to an agent and they all tell you different things. i applied 2 weeks ago and emailed all the necessary required details but still am the one that calls for feedback and i will be told to send something all the time and they never call me if there is something incorrect or missing. Absa has gone from Hero to Zero with the service,first time i went to check my monthly billings, transaction billings etc but i was not helped as i had to wait for a long time on the long ques at Davenport Branch but that was not all the other time i went for an account change from savings to Cheque but i was told that i did not qualify surprisingly my colleagues are using cheque accounts with absa and we are working in the same place and get paid the same amount. Absa what have i done to deserve such a service.Maybe Absa is not for me. All i need is to know how much am being billed montly, a cheque acc and tell me if i can get a loan or not and stop wasting my tim |
