HEADLINE	Never Together!!!
On the 1/12/2011 We applied for a further loan with absa. After all docs has been faxed, on the 4th of January we received a phone call confirming that the further loan application has been declined without an explination. We then applied trough the other big banks. However, On the 9th of 01/2012 we receive an email stating that they have not received the required information and that our application will be withdrawn if they do not receive the docs within 2 days.We then contacted the ABSA home loans call centre where we spoke to tanya on 0861134654. She advised on the documents that were needed and we then faxed the docs. Two days later we receive a phone call advising that everything was very positive and they made arrangements to send a valuator. Our property was valued at R360000.00 more that what we are currently owing. On the 19/01/2012 after us contacting ABSA and no one from ABSA contacting us, We received yet another decline letter. When I finally got hold of Tanya, more docs were requested nd after everything supplied, Yet another decline. I have been an ABSA client for 40years and this is unacceptable. One of the other banks approved our loan?? Contact Me Urgently!!!!! Add a new Absa Report Inappropriate report?
