| I am so disappointed in ABSA that i have shed my sorrow tears.I have applied for a ABSA personal loan on the Internet twice and it did not go through to the call centre.I eventually send an e-mail to direct@absa that advised that Cindy would call me by Friday to do the loan but i was only called back the Monday there after.I did the loan application over the phone and gave her all my details as well as send all the doc through to ABSA to start with my credit check.A week past and i hear nothing, the second week i called to follow up and was advised that Jaqene was my credit officer and she has not looked at my doc but will do this week.Another week past and i called again to only be advised that my loan was denied but no reason to why! i was called the same day after allot of e-mail and was advised that i can't afford the loan, i asked to dispute this as i will not apply for a loan if i can't afford it!The lady told me that someone will still call me the same day.It has been two days and i am still awaiting my call back! i have previously had a personal loan with absa with greater value and paid it off in 8 months!8 months! why is this small amount different?i would like to disp | |||
