FAILURE TO RESPOND ON TIME

I LOGGED A CASE LAST WEEK ON MONDAY WITH THE BANK THAT MY MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN OUT OF MY ACCONT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE WHILE THE CARD WAS IN MY POSSESSION,AND THAT I ONLY GOT AN SMS NOTIFICATION STATING THAT R950 HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN AT SOME ATM IN LIMPOPO I DO NOT KNOW AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT,THE BANK SAID THEY WILL RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT WITHIN 9 DAYS,BUT 9 DAYS HAVE PASSED THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED I APPROACHED THEM AND THEY JUST TOLD ME THE CASE IS STILL BEING INVESTIGATED AND DID NOT GIVE ME THE EXACT DATE WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE RETURNED OR WHEN EXACTLY THEY WILL RESPOND AND THIS WAS TRANSPORT MONEY TO SCHOOL,PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I DO JUST STAY AT HOME AND NOT GO TO SCHOOL?
