cellphone banking still not working

After almost 4 months of trying to get answers, still nothing. I have tried to connect to cellphone banking with my wife's phone and my phone and still I can not connect. It seems ABSA is dragging its feet.

Meanwhile next month ABSA is pushing up prices of their cellphone banking and the product does not work.
I can connect via vodata, however the hidden costs involved using that system and not being told about them, makes me say I do not want to use this system. Especially when I connect via wireless I pay nothing to surf the net.

When is ABSA going to create an APP for smartphones? BTW I was charged telephone banking charges when I reported an incident when a cash acceptor took my money, I want a refund on those charges.
