Cellphone Banking problem

It is not a problem with the branches in particular. It is with regards to the cell phone banking. I have a Blackberry and have been trying for the last 4 months to do cash transfers from my account to other peoples accounts and everything is fine and I am able to do all the steps but when i get to the final step where i click to do the transfer, it logs me out. I finally gave up and went into the bank and i spoke to a lady over the phone in the cellphone banking department and found out this is a problem with ABSA and Blackberry BIS. She then told me that it has been a problem for 6 MONTHS!!!! How can no one have fixed the problem by now? I got cellphone banking to avoid going into the bank. Im just wondering why no one has fixed the problem as yet.
