I went into Absa Sunningdale, sat around only to find out there were no consultants to assist. So did an online Credit Card application and pressed the option "Get someone to call and explain" instead of just accepting the quote. Heard nothing so went into Table View branch yesterday and explained to Nathan, the Sales Manager, how urgent it was. I am needing to book flights and thus need the Credit Card asap. He called Credit Card division and they assured him that they marked my application as Urgent. I heard nothing so that afternoon I emailed Absa to reitterate that I need to hear what their offer is so I can accept the offer and get the card. No word today, again I emailed and just received auto response. I called Nathan again and he said he would push them but only had certain contacts and his hands are tied as the application is at Card Division. Its now a few hours later. I'm about to call FNB and see if they are more eager for my business. Pity as I have my other accounts at Absa and have a very good rating there. |

| Utterly Disgusted: Still no luck. I keep getting the run around. I've just spent 1.5 hours at Absa and I STILL have no credit card as there was a mystery hold on it when I went to collect it. I am ******. | |||
