| HEADLINE | ABSA Midrand careless about client's safety |
||
| I was at the Midrand Absa Branch last week at the enquiry section the dividers were stapled unaware of it my dress was hooked and torn luckily I had something underneath otherwise it could have stretch me. My problem is that when ABSA is making these temporarily measures they are suppose to communicate the hazard that they exposing their customers to. When I complained Shartlotte Medupi was not helpful she wanted me to write my complain in a book because she doesn't want to be seen assisting customer with raising complains that was her statement she refuse to give me the Branch manager's surname and her surname because she wanted to know what is it that I will be doing with them.A day after the incident she phoned me to let me know that Dunisani was in a meeting but he will come back to me.To this day after a week Dumisani never bothered to call. Sharlotte was not interested to look at my damaged dress she was more concerned about getting rid of me. When I went back to the queue she didn't bother again putting a sign to alert the customers that just walked in. The health and safety of ABSA client is compromised and ABSA is unwilling to accept the responsibility of their negligence | |||
