ABSA JUST DONT LISTEN!!

It is now a month since I queried the high bank costs. Some one from the branch phoned me and promised to come back to make an appointment - nothing. Most recently I cancelled a debit order for Unit Trusts because in addition to the R 12 odd rand I pay to take out the trusts they charge me R 6 to transfer the funds from one (ABSA) account to another ABSA account. I queried this - some left a message and still went ahead and bought unit trusts notwithstanding my instruction to stop the debit order for this!! The clearly hear what they want to - and let me predict - when they phone me they will ask me to explain it all again!! because they don't read these queries properly!!
