ABSA bank legal department

I have tried to get hold of someone at ABSA for the past 2 weeks, and every time i had to leave a message, and they will phone me back in 48 hours. Now my last time I phoned before this morning (when we were in the middle of the conversation I got cut off, AGAIN!!!!!!) , before it was 96 hours and still nobody got back to me. I had an arranged settlement and during that time they handed me over to Attorneys, so now they are waiting for my feedback but i cant give them any because I cant get hold of someone regarding this case. How do I approach this? Can someone at any ABSA in South Africa call me back?

Please this is very URGENT!!!
