HEADLINE	A bank that never has change?????!
I have a retail store in the Gardens area. Three times during the month of December I went to the bank and asked for about R1500 in change and this bank did not have change. When I complained they told me they would phone a branch in town but that I would have to fetch it myself. I have just been again, this time with only R400 and they are unable to give me change! SHOCKING service. Add a new Absa Report Inappropriate report?

Quite Impressed: Absa did phone me. They have assured me that I should not have this problem again. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Thank you for getting back to me.
