Why must I be inconvinienced because of your error

I have recently moved my banking to FNB (the smartest thing I have made this year), I have a personal loan with ABSA, so I obviously moved all my debit orders to FNB. ABSA debited me twice for the same loan. So I called the collections department (0861222272)at about 12h15 today (31/01/12). I was told I must go to FNB and get a statement, then go to ABSA Branch for a debit reversal and wait for about 3 days for the funds to clear.

Now why should I be inconvenienced like this, I just don't have the time to go to the banks plus its month end you can imagine the queue, but I do need my money back that I know. What is so difficult by reversing this from their side with out me having to go there physically because the electronic proof is there.

I just refuse to do this ,its just not fair and it does not make sense.

This is not a way to conduct a business or treat your customers.
