| Last year July, we openned a business account, and we were given a bank card and a pin, we never used it until last week friday (13 jan), when i withdraw it said card not activated, I then went in to the absa branch in midrand, I queued at the inquiries, they then send Me to the business manager, who said they couldnt help Me, i and my partners had to go to randburg cos there is no information whats so ever on our account, the person who was assisting us didnt put our details, we had to go back to randburg branch with our id's and proof of residents, which to me it didnt make sence as we submited all that when we were openning the account, we went there the 1st time, we didnt have all the documents and we were asked to go back with the documents...we went there twice for them to have made a mistake...I then called the randburg branch, where I was put to the business managers and the person I was speaking to was in a hurry, until I asked If she ddint want to help Me...I am not happy with the service I got from Absa business managers...If they made a mistake I dont c why I cant withdraw money from our business account, why cant they meet Me half way since they are the onces at fault. | |||
