PLEASE JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! PAID UP IN OCT 2011!

What does one have to do to close a Virgin credit card account that was handed over and paid up? I have called many numbers at ABSA and RL Daly and NO ONE can assist? I am unable to apply for anything through ABSA until you have closed this account - after this experience i think i should really go elsewhere. PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ALEADY!!!
