Nightmare to deal with

I have been banking with ABSA for years now.

The second time now i need my bank to assist. The home loan process was a utter failure. The risk profiling was just nonsense. And even if you complain and enquire etc. You wait days for a response if ever you get one.

Your risk profile is so complicated and apparently permanent that if ever a provider put a debit order through your account on the wrong day and it RD it will be held against you for 20 years. Best thing is to close your account and go somewhere else. This is even when you have resolved it.

Absa you need to become client orientated.

I think the slogan should read today tomorrow we will give you ****.

Quite Impressed: Issue was resolved. However having to go this far for service makes me wonder.
