Mobile Internet Banking non existent

I've tried numerous times(maybe 30 or more) since yesterday to log into my bank account on my Blackberry to pay my monthly bills. I even phoned the call center for some help. Janet told me that they have that problem with Blackberry and gave me some advice on clearing my cookies and cache and disabling my network connection for one minute and the rebooting my Blackberry which might solve the problem. Well Janet, it did not work, so I tried my wife's Blackberry. Same thing! Thought to myself then it MUST be Blackberry's fault and tried my son's Samsung. Still nothing! I pay a fee every month for the privilege to use mobile banking but its not working. I've had this problem in the past as I've done all my banking with the same BB for the last 2 years. Can someone please explain to me what the problem is and if possible get someone who can speak English clearly so I don't have to strain my already stressed out brain to try and puzzle the broken words together to come to a solution. O yeah. Please take the Afrikaans option off the language option because I never get an Afrikaans speaking consultant and the ones I do get can't even speak English properly!

Over the Moon: ABSA phoned me and emailed me with different solutions. Seems like the problem is lying with Blackberry and their browsers not being compatible with ABSA's website. They did tell me to download Mini Opera and this solved the problem. Thank you Dennis Pieterse for the advice.
