FICA Query

I've now submitted FICA documents twice last year & i've again received a letter from ABSA saying i have not done so. Second time i submitted my documents at ABSA RIVONIA Branch late last year but East Rand mall Brand say the information was not captured by Rivonia Brand & they were not notified at all. Please follow this up with the Rivonia branch because they definately have my documents: ID Copy & Proof of residence.
