Billing me twice and then doing nothing about it!

I paid for a sale online with my credit card. It was a big order (for me) so I paid using budget. (12 months) and upon finalizing the sale it failed due to the fact that I didn't have the finances in my account yet. The next day I tried again and this time it was a success. Except for the fact that I no longer paid via budget but it went through on straight. Which was fine, except for the fact that now I am still paying for the budget order also. The one which failed.

I've gone to the bank and talked about it to them. They were of no help and reacted to my query as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I am tired of getting bad responses when phoning Absa support. Or going to the bank and not receiving any help.

Over the Moon: Absa phoned me the same day I wrote this report. Went out of their way to explain what exactly was going on. Really well done on their side!
