Hi

This is rediculous I have tried phoning 8 times yes 8 times they answer and put the phone down
Or dont answer at all or say the systems is down will call back and never phones back.

Nice service for such a huge branch isint it?

Thank you for responding so quick and prompt. I spoke to a lady she was extremely helpfull and I do appreciate it.
Sorry we have to leave complaints but Absa is a very progressive company and a call centre like that is just bad for a customer service window.
