HEADLINE	ATM WITHDRAWL NO MONEY
One of my employees goes to withdraw his whole salary after payday on the 31/01/2012 . He makes the withdrawal at Macintyre Road spar. Withdrawal of R3000.00 is made. The ATM gives him no money but the receipt shows that the money has been issued. He goes to the Parow branch and the case is logged Case number 1667295 and he is informed that he has to wait 9 DAYS !!!! I phoned to speak to Alicia at 10 30 am ...Parow branch advised me that the customer centre can not answer calls if their counters are busy ???? Alicia did return my call and explained that unfortunately this is ABSA procedures and there is little she can do !! We have to wait !!! My question ....if this man has withdrawn his whole salary what is he supposed to eat in the mean time ???? We are living is 2012 not 1930 !!! It takes 9 DAYS !!!! Sorry unacceptable !!!!! Add a new Absa Report Inappropriate report?
