I went to ABSA Market street last week as I opened an investment account. I had about R8500 and when I wanted to register my Master of Business Leadership in December I requested R8000 last year and in January I wanted R200 as I wanted money for sister's school fees because I knew I was going to replace it when I get my January salary.Unfortunately I got a bad attitude from Lorraine Magubane because she checked the balance and she said to me"that I didn't make any notice and I dont have a lot of money so I must just close this account as it is just causing a lot work and it is complicating Absa's books and she wanted to close it immediately and unfortunately she couldnt because I opened it at Maponya mall.She was very rude and arrogant. So I didnt know that ABSA only cater fo the rich market as poor people are just complicating their books. That was the bad service ever.I think it is better for Absa to put her within the business banking side not the Mickey mouses so that she can only serve the rich people who are not complicating Absa's books.
