| My mom's pension was approved by SASSA and the first pay-out was supposed to be January 4, 2012 in Mohlakeng, Randfontein. My mom went to the pension paypoint and was told to come on the last day (January 6) because ther are just too many people and because this is her first time she must give a chance to the regulars. She duly agreed and went as instructed on January 6, 2012, and once more she was not given the money. She was told to come on 18 June 2012 because there is not enough money for her, other pensioners must be catered to first. She went to to SASSA to inform them about the problem, and urged her to go back to the paypoint, and when she got there she was again rudely told she could not get money because she does not have a yellow form (she was told to go look for the one she used to collect a child grant with years ago and bring it if she finds it because the Allpay staff do not have the time to attend to her), when she informed them that she has been to SASSA she was told to go get her pension in Toekomsrus or Bekkersdal and not bother Allpay anymore. I am so disgusted at the attitude of Allpay staff and their lack of compassion, respect and service. | |||

| Quite Impressed: Sibongile Mjangqeka has restored my mom's faith in Allpay. I am also impressed that she called me to give me feedback and re-assure me that my mom will get a positive experience in her future dealings with Allpay. We also want to appreciate the level of service rendered by the "all boys team" in Toekomsrus on January 18, we need more people like them. | |||
