HEADLINE	2 and a half hours in the bank
I opened a fixed deposit account on Wednesday 25/01/2012. It took 2 hours for me to get a consultant and there was only 1 person waiting in front of me and one person in the room with the consultant. They did apologise and said it was due to the system they used was so slow and kept kicking them out which I did see for myself. Please help them do them job by fixing the system. The actual question I want answered is I opened a fixed deposit account and I cant see it on my Internet banking is this normal? I mailed your client services and they said I must link it when I looked at accounts to link it was not listed. What does this mean not getting proper answers. Do I still have the account or did he not open it properly and why cant I see it?He gave me a print out to show it was opened. I don't want to waste another 2 and half hours in the bank. Add a new Absa Report Inappropriate report?

Over the Moon: Sorted out my fixed deposit, it needed to be linked to internet banking. Did it without having to go back into the bank. Got called by the branch to appolagise for my wait which they did appolagise at the time, it wasn't the people that worked theirs fault but rather the system they were working on just hope Absa has updated their system.
