On the 3rd of january 2012 I made an online / telephonic registration with absa to extend my student loan account for the 2012 year of studies. My documents was sent the wednesday the 5th, from there on I received a few calls regarding additional documents needed, and I sent them within the hour. its now nearly two and a half weeks later, and stil I have NOOOO outcome!! as I am writing this ive been on the phone waiting 22 minutes and counting! The problem is if it does not get approved I won't have enough time to make another plan regarding my study fees, therefore I cannot apply for my 2012 studies! All I need is an outcome (which I was told is a 4 day process). 16 days? ja right!

A very very frustrated client!
