| I HAVE SINCE PAID R17000,00 INTO ABG AUTO FINANCE IN NOVEMBER 2010 FOR VEHICLE FINANCE. SINCE THEN THE SERVICE I'VE BEEN GETTING IS UNACCEPTABLE, THE DOMINQUE CHARACTER IS ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE OR BUSY WITH THE CLIENT. I CANCELLED MY DEAL WITH THEM IN DECEMBER 2010 ALREADY AND THEY PROMISED TO PAY MY DEPOSIT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS, BUT TO NO CENT PAID. SOMEONE SEND ME AN SMS INFORMIMG THAT ABG HAS MOVED THEIR OFFICES TO KEW BUSINESS PARK,AND ALL CELLPHONE NUMBERS GIVEN ARE NOT WORKING BUT NEVER ANSWERED. I HAVE INCURRED ALMOST R5000,00 TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION COST IN TRYING TO GET ABG TO PAY MY DEPOSIT BACK BUT ALL WAS FUTILE. I HAVE COMPLAINED IN ALL SPHERES(NCR,FSB,MEDIA,NEWSPAPER,AND EVEN SPEAK OUT) BUT NONE OF THEM HELPED ME TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK FROM ABG. KINDLY ASSIST ME TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY FROM ABG. | |||
