| i won a ticket to the SA open Golf day and unfortunately the ticket is dated for the 24th November. There was no indication of this on air on the day i won and Lee-Ann advised me that does not have any other tickets and i could "pass it on " to someone else if i wanted to.Why the **** would i enter the competition to pass the ticket on to someone else? This is unacceptable an someone needs to take responsibility and sort this mess out. I cannot take a day off just for the fun of it and and only able to do this over a weekend. I await urgent feedback and request that in future competitions, rules are clearly communicated!! | |||

Your complaint was escalated by Lee-Ann and the team has rectified the problem, I believe you have been contacted directly. We have also identified processes going forward to ensure this does not happen to other winners. |
