| I have been purchasing earn word/points for Club VIP. Today i have been logging on literally less than every ten mins since 6am this morning waiting for something that i wanted to purchase to become "on line/available:. All day it has been saying coming soon. Then i log out and re log in it is all suddently sold out without me even seeing the "buy now" option. When I spoke to the person at Club VIP she explained that is just how the system works and you are not advised to stay logged into the page or just press refresh as the system will crash. I am angry as have used money sending the text/earn word to finally find something i want only to never have it have been avaialble to me. Telling me its just luck if you are logged in at the same time as the product you want. Also I loose points i have accumulated by year end | |||

Hello simplyc, We sincerely apologise for the frustrations caused. The shop is updated daily, and the shop items rotate on a time basis, this is done automatically. They can become available to purchase at any time of the day. Once the items do become available, they are purchased within seconds, so you need to check the shop regularly.
