I bought a "Super 8" hamper from the VIP Shop on the 21st of July 2011 with my available points. I have been sending e-mails and leaving messages on their phone systems for somebody to phone me regarding delivery of this hamper but are just being ignored. They mention a period of 2 to 4 weeks for delivery but I have been waiting for over 7 weeks now, without any phone calls or updates even. I would appreciate a feedback or explanation at least. |
