Hi 94.7 I absolutely hate filing a complaint as I love your station and have always rolled my eyes at the negative commentary, particularly redarding the Breakfast Xpress. However, a few days before the Coldplay Concert, I unscrambled a word on your afternoon drive show, got the answer right and won a Coldplay cd pack! Boy was I chuffed, especially considering that I couldn't make it to the concert... I was told that you guys have my number and would be in touch, but two months down the line I have not heard a word. I have sent emails to both email addresses provided on your website re querying prizes, with absolutely no joy at all, not even a read receipt, let alone a response. How do I go about claiming my prize? Again I am sorry for posting on a more public forum but no other channel of communication seems to work! |

Over the Moon:
Not only was I phoned (by very polite and helpful Primedia staff) within minutes of the response posted, but my query was resolved within an hour and I received my prize this morning... plus a little extra to make up for the wait! 94.7 is still #1 in my books... You guys rock! |
