I won a prize on 5fm for a trip on the Puma Volvo Ocean Race boat a few weeks back. The boat departed Cape Town, and 5fm never contacted me for the prize. I called and e-mailed the 5fm office three days before the boat left, and was told that they will sort the problem out, and till now i have not heard a single thing from 5fm. I am sure they had my correct phone number as they called me back after loosing my call during the prize winning on air, and I am a registered 5fm user. I am very shocked, and disappointed at the loss of a once in a lifetime prize. not the sort of service you expect from the radio station you thought was the best in the country |
