Unauthorised deduction

Money has been deducted from our account for this 3mobile. We never signed up for this service,what ever it is!

I want my money back!!

A deduction of R199 has gone of TWICE on the same day! (R400)!!!

How can you just take money from ones account if you never signed up for anything!!!

Once again I want my money back!! A.S.A.P!!!
