Much to my suprise 3mobile had deducted R199.00 from my bank account without my authorisation on 30 November 2011. Frankly I dont even know who they are? This is a major concern as I dont even know where they got my banking details. It is illegal in this country to deduct money from a banking account without permission and I should get your debit order license yanked. I need a refund into my account together with R25.00 bank charges (yes that is what it cost me in Bank Charges) within 7 days or else I will report this company to the Industry body that regulates Debit Orders. Contact me on 082 567 3462 or 013 238 0457 after 15H00. Oh ! and yes they have my banking details, so they can refund me without me giving it again. |
