Un Happy with network/service

Hi there i have been trying to contact you but could not get the phone number.
The time i registered for the 3mobile the guy said to me that the R199.99 will only be a once off payment and not a yearly payment as well as he did not tell me it will be a monthly deduction.
Please refund my money that was taken
I have never even used the network so if you want to contact me please do so because i am not impress in anyway
