| i woke up this morning to find that R199.00 has been deducted off my account from EXTL 3Mobile! when their call centre called me numerous times, i specifically said that I am not interested, and they tried convincing me that its free for first few months, and i again made it very clear that i am not interested and do not wish to be subscribed to their "benefits" now they just go ahead and deduct money off my account?!?!?!?! and how did they get my details!!!! this is *****!!!! there are lots of people who dont get sms from their bank or check their bank statements, what then, 3mobile just steals the money and only when someone finds out, they say oops and apologise and refund?!?! what happens to the people who are unaware?!?!?! | |||
