| On the 30 of Nov 2011, I saw a deduction in my account of R199 for a EXTL 3MOBILE, I don't know anything about it I don't get anything from them!!! I called them to cancel whatever agreement they say I have with them, but they do not want to refund my money of R199? If I am not going to use them for the coming year, why are they allowed to keep my money. I also did not use them the past year, cause I did not received anything from them. Who is extreme lifestyle and why are you deducting money from me. Please refund my R199 and get out of my account!!! I did not give you authorization!! please forward me proof of cancellation as well. | |||
