An amount of R 199 was taken off my account on the 26th of January 2012. I don't know who you are or why you took money off my account! This is just bull! |

Kindly note that we have logged for a call recording to ascertain what was discussed between yourself and the sales agent on the initial sales call, we will get back to you with feedback asap, we have cancelled off this club membership in the interim. Hello AliciaComer, This response serves as confirmation that your query has now been effectively resolved and closed. As per the feedback from the call recording you did agree to the club membership as well as you did provide your banking details to us, however you was not aware of the annual fee, hence we have refunded you in good faith, you will not be debited again by us and your membership has been cancelled off.
